Getting Started

Creating an MCashPay account is simple. Visit our registration page, fill out the required business information, and submit your application. Our team will review your application within 24 hours and contact you with the next steps.

You'll need a valid business license, tax identification number, and government-issued ID. For companies, we also require certificate of incorporation and director identification documents.

Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive your API keys and can start integrating immediately. Complex businesses may require additional verification which can take 3-5 business days.

No, there are no setup fees. MCashPay is free to set up and you only pay per transaction. Our transparent pricing model ensures you know exactly what you're paying for.

Payment Methods

We support MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money across Uganda. We're continuously expanding our coverage to include more providers and countries.

Merchants can generate QR codes through our platform. Customers scan the code with their mobile money app or MCash wallet to initiate payment. The transaction is completed instantly.

Our fees are competitive and transparent. Mobile money transactions are charged at 2.5%, bank transfers at 1.5%, and wallet transactions at 1%. Volume discounts are available for high-volume merchants.
